Job Title: Customer Experience Consultant (CoE) Business fluency in an additional language required
Salary: £29,000 (+ 10% annual bonus)

The successful candidates will be articulate graduates from a discipline related to Maths, Science, or Business, Marketing, IT or another related subject. You’ll also have a second language, preferably in ideally, this language will be French, Italian, Spanish or Hebrew.

The Role:
  • Support the team, delivering an outstanding experience to clients of the Oracle Consulting Customer Experience Centre of Excellence
  • Cultivate a thorough knowledge and understanding of modern marketing principles, implementing them across a varied client base
  • Support the smooth project delivery of campaigns, through CX and Marketing Cloud projects that clients have licenced, in order to ensure client satisfaction
  • Participate in and contribute to client meetings, in person and on conference calls
  • Deliver reports on resource usage by client, developing a comprehensive understanding of financial aspects to all projects
  • Ensure ad hoc client requirements and requests are dealt with when they arise
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree related to maths, science, business, marketing, IT or a related subject
  • Business fluency in another language – ideally, this language will be French, Italian, Spanish or Hebrew
  • Highly proactive with a willingness to expand their own network
  • Some customer facing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills, comfortable delivering to clients and colleagues alike
  • Some prior knowledge of Sales, Service or Marketing processes
  • Innovative and creative, possessing the ability to think outside of the box
