Customer Operations Improvement Analyst - Stratford - £47.5 - £55k

The company:-

A fast growing organisation operating in the non profit sector, with a genuine focus on personal and career development. They are currently in the process of delivering a major transformation programme, encompassing a significant investment in technology and transforming their customer experience by delivering a range of new self service portals and digital services. It's a first for this sector and will be a game changer!

The role:-

As Customer Operations Improvement Analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with a range of business stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of current processes and customer journeys and assist in the development of new processes - always prioritising the customer experience. This will enable the foundations to be set for further digital enablement and transformation of services to the next level.

You'll be highly experienced with embedding business change and be a Lean practitioner, ideally certified, but certainly bringing demonstrable experience of applying the Lean/Six Sigma methodology and/or DMAIC in real world project situations.

Key requirements:-

* Significant Lean Six Sigma/DMAIC experience
* Significant Process Improvement experience, with a customer journey/CX focus
* Analysing current processes and engineering new changes
* Change Management expertise
* Relationship builder - must have superb people skills and be a true collaborator
* Project Management experience
