A great chance to take a look at how a company builds and develops its customer relationships and have a direct impact in redesigning or enhancing the current processes in place. You will take ownership and accountability in this department and report to senior stakeholders who will value your contributions towards the company's progress.

THE ROLE



* Assess current CRM processes and procedures and improve or redesign where necessary.
* Implement and take ownership of the above, whilst continually refining where possible.
* Work closely with other service lines to get a feel for how to provide best quality care.
* Drive post sales activity with customers on things such as offers, contracts, payment schedules, construction update etc.
* Promoting cross selling opportunities through other service lines.

THE PERSON



* High levels of experience within a CRM Manager position
* Experience in CRM in property, real estate or estate agency necessary, within the London market.
* Proven track record of monitoring CRM and improving systems and processes.
* Excellent written, verbal and relationship skills.
* Results driven, proactive and innovative mindset.
