Are you a customer orientated individual who strives to provide exceptional customer service and always looks to better the customer's experience. As a Customer Care Advisor, you'll enjoy lifestyle flexibility, intensive training and constant development. you'll be responsible for helping our mortgage customers as they begin their mortgage journey. You'll work with our customers to understand their requirements, determine eligibility and help them fulfil their home buying aspirations by passing over to a Mortgage Advisor in a branch or over the telephone.

Working Hours; Full time hours Rotational - 7am-7pm Monday-Sunday
Starting Salary; £19,665
Location; Liverpool Wavetree Technology Park

As a Customer Advisor, your main responsibilities will involve:
* Ensuring that customers receive an exceptional service and helping them move forward with their mortgage needs
* Enabling the delivery of consistently high customer service across all relevant customer propositions by working with team colleagues from across the Mortgage Family
* Providing accurate advice and appropriate support to customers and colleagues by proactively developing the necessary knowledge and skills
* Resolving customers queries at first point of contact wherever possible by utilising available tools and resources

As a Customer Care Advisor, your skills and qualifications will include:
* Experience in a customer facing role with evidence of exceeding customer expectations
* Customer service and relationship management skills to deal with external customers on sensitive issues
* Experience of building relationships with customers to provide a service that's simple and effective
* Communication skills, both written and verbal, and excellent interpersonal skills.
* The ability to follow a self-managed programme of continuous training and professional development and meet the standards of regular competency testing
