As a Customer Service Executive, you'll enjoy lifestyle flexibility, intensive training and constant development. Working Hours; Full time hours Rotational from - 7am-11pm, Monday-Friday (may be required to work 1 in 4 saturdays 9:30am to 12pm)

Starting Salary; £19,665

As a Customer Service Executive, your main responsibilities will involve:
* Being involved in all aspects of the client journey from account opening to product management and development.
* Responsibility for achieving "world class" client service, by capturing and executing client orders/ transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
* Actively identifying opportunities for clients to transfer their servicing needs, to get the most out of their business
* Providing mutual support by coaching, training and sharing knowledge with less experienced colleagues

As a Customer Service Executive, your skills and qualifications will include:
* A client-focused approach to work, with fantastic communication skills
* The ability to manage your own workload, prioritising and planning where needed
* A passion for providing outstanding customer service, gained through a customer service background
* The ability to build meaningful relationships with colleagues and clients
* Computer literacy
