Are you totally focused on delivering exceptional Customer Service? If so we have Customer Service / Aftersales Coordinator role we are looking to fill for our client based in Birmingham.

Working in a department your duties will be:

* Providing Aftersales support during a 2 year developer warranty period by monitoring and closing out defect claims efficiently whilst providing outstanding customer service
* Ensuring that the needs of the customer are being satisfied and providing excellent customer service to the customers
* Investigating and solving customers problem
* Adhering to customer service procedures, policy and standards


* Coordination of appointments with Contractors and monitoring progress through to completion, maintaining accurate records on Salesforce.
* Participate in regular team meetings to review cases under progression.
* Liaise with and support the Warranty Manager with progression of cases.
* Liaise with external service providers, Contractors, Concierge and Managing Agents as required.
* Obtain quotations, raise purchaser orders and track payments through internal finance systems

Skills and Experience Required:

* Good experience in a similar customer service, aftersales or complaints handling role, ideally within a business to customer environment role.
* You will also need to be comfortable using Word, Excel and Salesforce experience would be advantageous.
