Are you an experience Customer Service Manager and passionate about your service? Do you have superb written and verbal communication skills? Do you want to work for a well-known, super cool brand? We are on the hunt for an experience and entrepreneurial Customer Service Leader who will based in a brand new office in Tottenham Court Road. What you'll be doing...



* Leading the team (3 FTE's with scope of growth) to ensure all queries and complaints are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
* Ensuring the team achieves a high level of service and provides excellent information.
* Ensuring you and the team thoroughly investigate all complaints prior to responding.
* Managing the complaints process.
* Measuring, monitoring, analysing and reporting on key data - reporting to the senior leadership team if required.
* Sharing best practice with other teams/brands in the organisation.

What you'll need to have...



* You will be an experienced and proven people manager with an excellent customer service/complaint background.
* Leadership style based on coaching, mentoring and people development.
* Positive approach in order to change things and flexibility.
* Strong communicator who is able to be clear and present when need be.
* Analytically focused - able to analyse data effectively with high attention to detail.
* Experience in a regulated environment e.g. FCA is preferred.
* Excellent written communication.
