Design Managers are sought by my client a reputable Developer.

My client is currently on the look out for an experienced Design Manager to take over an established team of Design coordinators working on a high rise residential project in Central London. The project you will be heading up is formed of 550 units with an overall build value of £300 million.

The opportunity has arisen due to the previous Design Manager being promoted to Senior Design Manager and for the right candidate my client is willing to pay a salary between £80,000 - £85,000 + a competitive package.

Successful candidates will need to possess:

* Working knowledge of building regulations / CDM
* Experience in managing a team of Design Managers
* Sensational planning skills
* Management of design process
* Good problem solving skills
* Experience on leading residential projects of £75 million and above
* Experience of high level concrete frame construction
* Great use of Innovative
* Commercially aware
* Sound understanding of construction programme
