Do you have the skill set to work as a Design Manager with a large main contracting company in London? Have you delivered projects from pre construction stages? Do you enjoy working from site?

I am seeking a Design Manager to start the preconstruction work on either a commercial or a hotel project up to completion. You will be based in the Head Office in North West London before going to site.

For you to be successful, you need to:



* Have experience delivering project from pre construction stages
* Be technically strong and able to analyse designs/drawings for buildability issues
* Be willing to work from site
* Have a considerable amount of experience to be able to manage projects on your own
* Be willing to learn the processes in place at the company

Salary is dependant on your experience and it would have a package in addition which includes a company car with travel expenses paid.
