Development Management Planner (Town Planning)


Are you looking for a new challenge with a North East London Borough as well as a varied case load?

The Authority, is currently looking to recruit for a Development Management (DM) planner to assist with a mix case load of applications for an initial 3 month period with a view to move to an ongoing contract.

The suitable candidate would need to have working knowledge of dealing with planning application (in particular prior approval) and also have dealt a large case load of applications (the client would consider both candaites with UK and non UK planning back grounds) The work load is varied and would range from, but not limited to; prior approval, small, household applications through to more complex applications. The candidate would need to have a relevant planning degree for this position.

The contract would be for an initial 3 months with a view to be an ongoing contract. Rates for the position range from £20-£27 per hour based upon experience.
