How would you like to get involved with the regeneration and redevelopment in the town to provide more affordable housing for those that need it? * A salary of between 40-60k as a base as a Development Surveyor.
* The business has an innovative personality where you will be able to bring your skills and ideas to the table, where they will listen.

* Supporting regeneration and development activity, specifically in Affordable Housing
* Carrying out valuations on residential, commercial and land to support your development projects
* Liaising with other members of the team and your network to source information on future development appraisals.
* Undertaking the analysis of your projects including Financial Viability Assessments, development scheme option appraisals and cash flow modelling;
* Preparing reports to justify levels of affordable housing and other planning benefits contained within a planning application;


* MRICS is a requirement. Ideally 2-3 years PQE
* Proficient in Argus Developer
* Registered Valuation status would be highly desirable
* Attention to detail
* Computer literate with good communication skills
* Full driving licence.
