Experienced on Aconex? A utilities subcontractor working on a large project requires a Document Controller to work on site in East London.

As the only Document Controller on site you must be self sufficient and happy to assist with administration duties. You will be using Aconex / Conject - experience of these system will be ideal but others will be considered.

This is a permanent position with career progression and training available.

Working hours are ideally 7:30am - 5pm (Flexibility is available)

The salary for this position is circa £25,000 - £35,000 + company benefits depending on experience!

Document Controller Role and Responsibilities:

* Using Aconex / Conject systems to upload download all documents and drawings
* Archiving of site documentation recording and numbering appropriately to ensure everything is traceable
* Maintain site registers of design reviews
* Generate document numbers
* Quality checking all documentation and communication
* Issuing communication status
* Ad Hoc administration duties

Document Control Candidate Requirements:

* Experience using document control systems Aconex / Conject is ideal but not essential
* Must have previous experience working on site or main office
* Be willing to travel to different projects around Central London
* Have strong attention to detail
* Be organised and willing to get stuck in
