Confident user of eB and BC? The largest infrastructure project in the UK is hiring! You will be based in Uxbridge and will need to be an experienced Document Controller managing all site documentation and have strong user knowledge of eB and Business Collaborator.

This is a rare opportunity to join a huge project with a leading contractor.

This is a permanent role paying circa £30,000 - £40,000 + Employee Benefits

Document Controller Role and Responsibilities:

* Ensure Document Cotnrol standards are maintained at all times
* Build relationships with the project team to ensure project wide understanding of document control requirements
* Prioritise workload and meet document control deadlines
* Quality check all documentation before issuing
* Create unique document numbering system
* Processes all incoming and outgoing documents and associated transmittals.
* Update and maintain Document Registers.
* Processes deliverables for Client submission.
* Ensures the appropriate document cross-references / relationships.
* Maintain good working relationships with the Client counterpart Document Controller.
* Produce Reports on Document status

Document Control Candidate Requirements:

* Experience using document control systems eB and BC
* Must have previous experience working on site or main office
* Work closely and collaboratively with project team
* Have strong attention to detail
* Be organised and willing to get stuck in
