Looking for a more varied role? A main contractor working on a large civils project in West London require a Document Controller / Office Manager to work on site in West London.

As well as Document Control of all site documentation, you will be managing an office / front of house of a site office with circa 35 pax.

Experience of one or more Document Control systems (Aconex, 4p, Conject/BIW etc…) is ideal and understanding the document control process is key.

This is a freelance position for circa 10 months.

Working hours are 08:00 - 17:00 (can be flexible)

This position is paying £14 - £20ph LTD (£11.00 -13ph PAYE) on a contract basis.

Document Controller Role and Responsibilities:



* Using a Document Control system to upload download all site documents (method statements, ITPs, RFIs, H&S files etc…)
* Archiving of site documentation recording and numbering appropriately to ensure everything is traceable
* Maintain site registers / trackers on Excel
* Generate document numbers
* Quality checking all documentation and communication
* Issuing communication status
* Managing front of house - meeting and greeting guests / meeting rooms
* Managing the office - ordering supplies PPE / Stationary / Consumables
* Ad Hoc administration duties

Document Control Candidate Requirements:



* Experience using one of more document control systems (Asite, 4P, Sharepoint etc…) is ideal but not essential
* Must have previous experience working on site or main office
* Have strong attention to detail
* Be organised and willing to get stuck in
