Document Controller

Are you searching for a permanent job? Do you want to work in London? Are you an experienced Document Controller?

A consultancy is looking for a document controller to join their team on a permanent basis in West London. The annual salary is £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.

Construction experience is necessary. Experience of EDMS (4Projects, Sharepoint, Asite and DocElite) would be beneficial.

Responsibilities:



* Use various EDMS depending on the project - to upload / download / distribute documents and drawings
* Store and retrieve documents
* Review documents
* Updating and maintaining files
* Check compliance of project procedures
* Carrying out admin duties (filing, printing…)
* Liaising with different teams and clients
* Assisting with Handover files
* Quality checking documents

The ideal candidate will have:



* Experience of EDMS systems such as 4Projects, SharePoint, Asite and DocElite
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
* The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
* Experience in the Construction Industry
