Our client, an exciting travel software tech company for Admin Assistants to come and join their exciting and growing business, this position is right for a candidate who is looking to gain essential experience working within a dynamic tech environment .

You will be integrated into the head office of the UK division, the right candidate will give support and require having a strong understanding of operating computer systems, and be strong with communications to key stakeholders .

JOB REQUIREMENTS

University degree or studies in administration/business management is a plus.
At least 1 year of experience in administration.
Necessary knowledge: very high level of Excel skills.

Main responsibilities will be:

Processing and organising key documents within the business
Utilising specialist in house systems to provide detailed administration
Updating and communicating with key stakeholders
Delivering within specific timeframes
