Maintenance Electrician - Blue Chip Office - Tottenham Court Road - Up to £37,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in Central London. The successful candidate will be electrically qualified with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance experience. He or she will be required to work alongside the maintenance team on site and the duties will include carrying out M&E / Fabric planned and reactive maintenance.

The Building is a exclusive commercial office building by Tottenham Court road which also has high end residential as part of the site although you would not be expected to work in the properties.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of the below plant;



* UPS systems
* Power Distribution
* Small installation
* Control panels
* BMS systems
* Air Conditioning (AHU/FCU's)
* Plumbing
* Water treatment
* General fabric
* Emergency lighting tests
* Fire Alarm tests

Hours of work

Monday to Friday



* Early Shift - 08:00am to 16:00pm
* Late Shift - 09:00am to 18:00pm
* Overtime available

Requirements



* Electrically biased / qualified (City & Guilds, 17th Edition)


* A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
* Multi-Skilled
* Good communication skills
* Able to attend "Call out" 1 in 3 weeks
