Are you looking to take a step up into a project management position?

Experienced with running commercial projects as a supervisor or site manager?

My client are a growing electrical contractor expanding their maintenance division after winning a large commercial contract with a prominent banking firm.

This role would be ideal for you to step up into a project management role, as you will be supported in the office with a document controller / administrator and see you heading up the new contract.

Duties for an Electrical Maintenance Manager within this organisation:

* Provide specialist electrical support to the client
* Review technical specifications to ensure works meet the required specification
* Review and enforce RAMS
* Site Visits
* Client facing duties
* Supervise installation of electrical services when needed
* Manage sub-contractors
* Handover
