Are you a proven Electrical Project Manager looking to join a growing M&E Contractor?

Do you have a track record of delivering Residential projects across the the South East?

Based in the centre of Dartford, my client are looking for a technically minded Electrical Project Manager to join their expanding team as they look to build on a record breaking 2018.

You will play a key role in delivering Electrical packages on a variety of commercial and residential projects across the South East & London.

To begin with you will help deliver a new Police Station in Hounslow for 18 months.

Duties for an Electrical Project Manager:

* Pre-tender meetings
* You will manage the site schedule of work and site teams.
* Manage sub contractors.
* Value engineering and scoping work.
* Maintain relationships between client, subcontractors and partners.
* Estimations and variations as required
* Procurement
* Supply chain management
* Writing RAMS
* Handover / Commissioning

Package for an Electrical Project Manager:

* Salary of between £50,000 to £60,000
* Expenses
* Regular pay reviews
* Regular training reviews
* 25 days holiday
* Free parking
