Electrical Project Manager

A strong Electrical Project Manager with experience within the educational sector is required for a known and respected M&E Contractor.

My client focuses primarily on School and Commercial fit-out projects across London and the Northern Home Counties, with offices in Bedfordshire. Projects will regularly be valued above £5 million, and experience working at these values will be essential.

On site you will have total autonomy across procurement, labour management and client liaisons; being the face of the business to clients and sub-contractors alike. You will also need to understand how to effectively value engineer and co-ordinate services.

A breakdown of what will be expected of you / what you know can be found below:

* Pricing / Estimating knowledge
* Experience using Program management systems such as Microsoft Project
* Client facing duties
* Run Progress meetings
* Report back to head office / Operations Manager
* Value Engineering
* Commercial knowledge for Variations
* Sub-Contractor / Labour Management

In return you can expect:

* 31 days holiday
* A basic salary of between £50,000 to £60,000 per annum depending on experience
