Maintenance Supervisor - £36k + Package - Waterloo, London

Are you a positive, self-driven individual with an electrical based background, looking for an exciting new opportunity?

If so, I have the perfect opportunity for an electrical supervisor based in Waterloo, London. You will be based in a commercial office building and will be joining a busy environment, leading a team of engineers to carry out the day to day maintenance of the office building.

* Must be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of all systems within the building services environment across the account
* Coordinate, plan and respond to the requests of site leads by executing the specialist reactive tasks via engineering service requests in line with KPI's across the account
* Provide effective feed back to the engineering managers to ensure that managers are aware of any facilities/system/equipment/site engineering abnormalities. Managing approved budgets in accordance with corporate requirements
* To motivate and manage an engineering team with associated HR responsibilities. Identifying opportunities for training placements and other public engagement opportunities in the work programme
* To be self-motivated and proactively seek out work to bring in house and expand the team.

Qualifications and Experience:

* HNC or equivalent trade Qualification
* 17TH edition
* Problem Solving
* Analysing Information
