I am looking for an Electrician/Building Service Operative to work on a static site in Leeds for 12 weeks to start ASAP.

£16.00per hour Umbrella


* To carry out electrical support services across all conservatoire premises in order to meet statutory, regulatory and general safety requirement.This will include installations, inspections and testing as well as planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance to meet agreed key performance indicators.
* 2. To undertake general building maintenance and caretaking duties across all conservatoire premises which will include routine plumbing, heating and ventilation checks, joinery repairs and alterations as well as planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance to meet agreed key performance indicators.
* 3. To assist and support the Maintenance and Facilities Co-ordinator as may be required in relation to the maintenance function to ensure a responsive customer service and that the built environment is maintained to a high standard and is safe for all staff, students and visitors.
* 4. To provide general support within the Estates and Facilities team in relation to building operations such as assisting with fire activations and emergency procedures, testing of fire alarms, checking the Building Management System and plant and equipment, monitoring the Estates Service Desk, assisting with security and health and safety matters, maintaining records and dealing with contractors on site.
