Estate Manager - Brand New Development - London - Up to £50k + Package

Are you a Property Manager looking for the opportunity to manage a fantastic new Estate, located in London?

Are you looking to come away from managing a portfolio and focusing solely on one estate?

I am currently recruiting for an Estate Manager to head up the management of 18 on site FM staff who would be reporting directly into you, with the responsibility of delivering a 5* service to all tenants on site.

* Management of both hard and soft service contractors on site, inclusive of M&E, cleaning and security
* Daily tenant liaison.
* Health and safety management throughout building.

* Annual service charge budget management with preparing, monitoring and reconciling a service charge of £2 million.
* Attend residents AGMs and directors meetings, and raise fees where applicable; issue draft minutes to Directors.
* Draft and issue Section 20's for major works.
* Reports on supplier services performance against agreed SLA's
* Work effectively with external consultants to deliver agreed outcomes
* Prepare management reports for on site staff
* Attend and chair meetings with clients and tenants
* Undertake regular building inspections.
* Audits and inspections of supplier delivery


* IOSH/Nebosh qualified
* AIRPM/ MIRPM desirable but not essential
