The desired Estimator would need to have sufficient experience on high-end residential schemes, as well as being comfortable liaising with the Client, subcontractors, suppliers and designers on all matters relating to estimating.

Duties for this role include:



* Prepaing work to be estimated, by gathering proposals, blueprints and specifications.
* Identifying time, labour and material requirements.
* Computing costs by analysing factors such as labour.
* Resolving discrepencies through data analysis.
