Fabric Engineer - London Bridge - £25,000

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join one of the industry's leading facilities services' providers to work as a Fabric Engineer across a large commercial building estate in London Bridge within an environment which requires 24/7 coverage.

The role of a Fabric engineer will be to provide all general maintenance to the site as part of a the day team to deliver PPM and reactive maintenance to all building maintenance tasks as well as assisting the engineers on the the major plant including generators, UPS, Chillers, AHU's, FCU's, HVAC plant, Boilers, emergency lighting, fire alarms, sprinkler systems and water treatment.

Hours

Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00

Requirements



* Proven Track record in commercial building maintenance
* Maintenance Experience
* Ability to work in the UK
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
