Are you a Facilities Coordinator looking for a new role? Are you looking for temporary work at the moment?

Requirements:



* Implementation, upkeep and adherence to Quality, Health, Environment & Safety Logbooks and procedures.
* Control and manage budgetary targets as delegated by Account Manager - directly/indirectly, input to, and deliver services within budget.
* Accountable for purchase orders, invoicing and financial reporting with support from the Account Manager.
* Responsible for ensuring all standard reports and forms are completed as required.
* Understand customer requirements, scope of works, SLA's and KPI's and ensure these are delivered on time, cost and quality.
* Management and supervision of hard and soft services contractors, ensuring SLA's are met and contract performance management reviews are held.
* Carry-out Monthly cleaning audits with supply partner.
* Ensure all planned maintenance and reactive maintenance work orders are responded to within the agreed timescales.
* Accountable and responsible for managing the mail and goods-in services for the buildings.
* Reception, Visitor Management, Management of Meeting Rooms, Building Inductions, Access Control and Security.
* Undertake regular Workplace Inspections, reporting any hazards or corrective works.
* Carry out weekly fire alarm tests and ensure all statutory regulations and inspections are recorded and maintained.
* Act as site First Aider, Fire Warden and Incident Controller.
* Provide Record Retention support services, manage archiving procedures for storage and retrieval of boxes for current business needs and account demobilizations.
* Ensure all notice boards are kept updated and tidy at all times.
* Act as a central point of contact for the sites and communicate any new requirements to Account Manager.
* Maintaining Business Continuity Plan and Key Holder responsibilities.
* Landlord Liaison for Building Fabric, External Lighting, Grounds, Parking, Waste Management, Gritting.
