Facilities Health & Safety Manager
South East
£36000 - £45000 salary plus benefits

How would you like to work for one of the UK's largest property owners? An organisation that can boast of a multi-billion pound asset portfolio, covering thousands of properties across the country. They are currently recruiting for a Facilities Health & Safety Manager, covering the North West, to ensure all facilities are compliant with all building, fire, water and safety regulations.

Reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager, you will:

Implement and conduct audits, assessments and inspection routines
Prepare Building Assurance reports, including information on compliance status and performance, internally and externally
Prepare risk profiles of buildings to assist with work planning
Liaise with customer site teams to ensure the building management and Health & Safety profile of the company is professional and efficient.
Contribute to accident/incident, dangerous occurrence and near miss investigations promptly and to a high standard

Experience & Skills:

Expert knowledge and extensive working experience of relevant Health, Safety, Fire, CDM and Environmental regulations & legislation
Relevant industry qualifications, such as NEBOSH Level 6, or equivalent professional experience
Proven experience of implementing HSE management systems as well as risk and performance management techniques
