Facilities Helpdesk Manager- North London - 32k- Perm

Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity in one of Londons newest sporting developments?

My client are currently recruiting for an experienced Facilities Helpdesk Manager to look after a prestigious sporting contract based in North London!! This position requires an individual who has impeccable customer Service skills, can work well under pressure and will ensure that customer value is maintained at all times.
This is a massive opportunity to build and develop a career in Facilities Management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience managing a busy M&E Facilities Helpdesk, be flexible and happy to work overtime hours and events and will also be passionate and hungry for career progression.

To Manage a team of Facilities Helpdesk Operatives using a bespoke CAFM System


* Control of Subcontractors and quality of their work


*

Dealing with clients to ensure everything runs smoothly and excellent customer service is maintained at all times.


* Dealing with busy events and to provide Administration assistance on additional tasks
*

Manage the general administration and telephone function of a facilities management contract


*

Update computerised PPM and work records.


*

Ensure PPM work orders are produced via help desk orders and documents.


*

Respond to client requests and dispatch appropriate engineers and sub-contractors.


*

Manage and produce reports, survey data and general maintenance related business letters.


*

Input completed work orders and produce associated reports from the database.




*

Experience of use in all Microsoft office applications


*

Knowledge of PPM Computerised/CAFM Systems


This position is paying up to 32k and offers 22 days Holiday plus Bank Holidays- You will be required work occasional overtime and cover events.

The client will be conducting interviews for this position immediately.
