Facilities Helpdesk Administrator- 22k Perm- North West London- Northolt

Have you worked for an FM Service Provider, Property Managing Agent or Client Direct?

Are you ready for an exciting new challenge?

A prestigious Facilities and Maintenance provider based in West London are currently recruiting for an experienced Facilities Helpdesk Administrator to join their busy team. The successful candidate will have FM or building services experience, excellent administration skills and have used Concept Evolution, Maximo or other CAFM packages.

Main Duties



* Helpdesk
* Contract Support Administration
* PPMS/ Closing Jobs etc using Concept Evolution.
* WIP Debt Reports
* Raising Purchase Orders
* Reports/KPIs
* Assisting the Contract Manager
* Dealing with any Maintenance issues
* Dealing with Engineers and assigning them to jobs/ timesheets etc
* Concept Evolution/Maximo/CAFM specialists

The ideal candidate will have the following skills



* Reliable
* Hardworking and be able to work well under pressure.
* Knowledge of CAFM Systems
* Experience in an office enviroment

This position is for Shift Work Monday to Friday and you will be expected to work occasional weekends

This position is paying £22,000 and offers a good Pension Scheme along with 25 days Holiday
