Facilities Manager - Portfolio of Commercial buildings - Central London - Up to £45k + Package

Are you a Facilities Manager/Assistant Facilities Manager, with experience in managing a portfolio of commercial properties?

Would you like the opportunity to manage a small portfolio, with all properties situated within a close proximity?

I am currently recruiting for a Facilities Manager, to be based in Central London, to head up the day to day management of a small portfolio of commercial properties. The portfolio itself consists of a variety of properties, ranging in size, with a small amount of residential apartments.

Responsibilities:



* Annual service charge budget management with preparing, monitoring and reconciling a service charge of £2.3 million.
* Daily client and tenant liaison.
* Overseeing fit out/ refurbishment works whilst ensuring tenants are minimally affected.
* Management of both hard and soft service contractors on site.
* Reports on supplier services performance against agreed SLA's.
* Work effectively with external consultants to deliver agreed outcomes.
* Prepare management reports for on site staff.
* Attend and chair meetings with clients and tenants.
* Undertake regular building inspections.
* Audits and inspections of supplier delivery.

Requirements:



* IOSH / NEBOSH qualification
* MBIFM - Member of BIFM (Desirable but not essential).
* Managing Agent experience
