An International manufacturing company based in Caldicot are recruiting for an Accounts and HR Assistant who will be providing assistance to the Finance controller and various internal departments.

Benefits:

Job Role:



* Daily banking of sales receipts and data entry using SAP.
* Processing payments/payroll via BACS.
* Reconciliation of bank accounts, supplier and customer statements.
* Support the filing of VAT, Intrastat, EC Sales and bank returns.
* General HR duties (processing holiday requests, updating clocking in/out system)
* General administration when required.
* Track and resolve accounting problems and discrepancies as needed.
* Credit control.

Essential Skills:



* Experience in sales, purchase ledger and banking basic accounts.
* SAP and excel knowledge is advantageous.
* Must be literate and numerate.
* Team player with a "can-do" attitude.
* Basic HR knowledge is advantageous.
