Are you a dedicated Finance Officer with experience within the charity sector? Looking for an exciting opportunity where you will act as an internal point of contact and work autonomously?

Our client, a prestigious 'membership' organisation are currently seeking a proactive finance officer with previous experience of completing transactional finance duties. This opportunity is a 12 month FTC paying £25- 27K and the organisation is based in central London. They also have over 3000 members with an international network and a reputation across the industry for the work they complete.

Key duties:

*Administration of weekly payment runs and processing of any invoices
*Supporting colleagues with event bookings and processing memberships on a CRM system
*Contributions to budgeting, forecasting & cash flow processes
*Preparing reporting information as required
*Communicating effectively and acting as a sole liaison point for the external finance teams and internal stakeholders.

As the ideal candidate you will:

*Be AAT Qualified or Part qualified
*Have previous experience of using SAGE or SUN Systems
*Proven ability to process purchase & sales invoices accurately and quickly
*A proactive and adaptable approach to ensure deadlines are met even when priorities change in a fast paced & dynamic environment
*Excellent communication & relationship building skills with colleagues internally & externally
