One of Scotland's leading Facilities Management companies are looking ot recruit a FM Asset Manager to work across two flagship government contracts.

You'll be based in either Glasgow or the Central Belt, with Scotland-wide travel required. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience of lifecycle management across a large estate.

Your Package

* £42,000 - £45,000 salary
* Company Car
* 25 + 8 days holiday
* 5% pension scheme
* Work alongside a professional FM team on flagship government contracts

Your Responsibilities

* Stakeholder management
* Development of a planned maintenance strategy
* Recommend CapEx installation projects
* Measure and optimise the planned and reactive maintenance delivery across the portfolio
* Ensure adherence to ISO quality standards
* Optimise profitability and client satisfaction by delivering an efficient, cost effective asset replacement programme

Your Skills & Qualifications

* Excellent technical knowledge of M&E, building services ands industry best practic
* Experience with ISO 55000
* Proven track record of hard services FM delivery
* Relevant technical qualification in a building services or engineering discipline
* Ability to work alone or as part of a team
* Proficient with Asset Management software
* Strong QSHE track record
