I am looking for a Building Manager in Aberdeen to do just that. Oh, it also comes with an excellent benefits package, with a salary from £40k to £50k, just for good measure!

Your Responsibilities

As FM Building Manager, you'll have responsibility for an iconic property in Aberdeen. You'll manage all elements of hard and soft FM delivery.



* Manage M&E contractor to deliver all planned and reactive maintenance
* Manage the process for contracted cleaning, reception and security.
* Provide a best-in-class service to all commercial tenants within the building
* Process all FM invoices
* Maintain a CAFM system
* Prepare and manage the building service charge budget, liaising with the surveyor and asset manager
* Assist with the management of the M&E contractor's on-site engineer
* Liaise with all key stakeholders, including internal management, the commercial tenants within the building, police, local authority and public transport providers
* Manage overall tenant satisfaction

Your Skills & Qualifications



* Experience of managing Facilities Management within Grade A office buildings is essential
* Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
* Strong budget management experience specific to planned and reactive FM
* Good working knowledge of mechanical and electrical building systems
* Experience of supervising third party contractors, including RAMS
* Ability to use a full range of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience of direct liaison with Police, Fire and Local Authorities
* BIFM membership is desired
