Role Overview

Your Responsibilities

* Deliver the budgeted financial performance by working closely with the operational team
* Monitor and analyse all processes and information generation to ensure financial performance
* Control all commercial processes in line with company policy
* Communicate effectively with all internal stakeholders

Your Skills & Responsibilities

* Degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar field
* Successful history as a Commercial Manager
* Sound knowledge of the financial reporting and budgeting process
* Outstanding commercial awareness
* Competency across a range of IT packages
* Organised
* Strong presentation skills
* Mindset of driving internal performance and increasing brand value
