Are you a FM Contracts Manager looking for a new role?

Our client a national Facilities Management company are looking to hire a Contracts Manager for a newly secured contract based out of Basingstoke. They are looking for a Contract Manager to report into the Account Director of a large, multi-site FM contract. The company delivers hard and soft FM services as well as M&E projects.

Duties for the role include:



* Manage the delivery of hard and soft FM services
* Manage a delivery team made up of contract support, administration, sub-contractors and direct engineers
* Produce periodic reporting on the success of the contract delivery
* Achieve targets within the financial budget of the contract, in conjunction with the Account Director

Qualifications:



* You must be time-served in a technical discipline (mechanical, electrical or fabric)
* Experience working for an FM maintenance company
* Experience of managing a direct team and sub-contractors
