Company Overview

A Leeds-based regional SME with national coverage are recruiting for a talented Mechanically-biased FM Contract Manager to oversee a team of engineers in their service and maintenance division. If you are from a mechanical maintenance background and have experience of delivering technical facilities management services to a range of commercial clients, this could be the role for you.

Your Package



* £43,000 - £48,000 salary
* 34 days holiday including statutory
* Car or car allowance
* Be office-based from Leeds
* Close-knit, experienced team
* SME company with a high degree of autonomy in this role
* Pension scheme

Your Responsibilities



* Manage a team of c.10 M&E engineers, the majority of which are mechanical
* Work with each client to deliver high levels of service
* Develop the planned maintenance strategy of each client
* Liaise daily with senior internal stakeholders
* Manage the engineers and service help desk to meet and exceed contractual obligations with each client
* You will work to a budget and demonstrate commercial awareness, but P&L responsibility is held by senior management.
