An immediate opportunity has arisen for a Fund Administrator to join our client, an established Bank based in the City of London.

Responsibilities of the Fund Administrator will include:

*Trade entry/validation of automated trade upload processes into portfolio accounting system.
*Asset set up and maintaining security master when applicable, in particular for OTC instruments.
*Confirmation of trades (where applicable) with third party systems/ executing brokers.
*Middle Office - collateral management, payments processing
*Reconciliation of trades, investment positions, corporate actions and cash balances to external third
parties (custodians, prime brokers and/or counterparties).
*Resolution of trade, position, corporate actions, cash and pricing discrepancies.
*Entry of journals into general ledger system.
*Preparation and delivery of investor statements, financial statements, NAV reports.
*Adhoc client reporting requests and analysis of fund performance as required.
*Daily communication with clients, counterparties and internal partners.

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes/skills:

*Degree in Finance or Accounting, or 1-2 years relevant experience.
*Good pc skills, particularly excel.
*Basic accounting knowledge.
*Exposure to financial markets/products is beneficial.
*Good communication skills both verbal and written.
