Graduate Data Analyst (Sales Enablement)

Salary: £25,000 p.a. (+benefits)
Location: London

Working within the payment solutions sector of this globally recognised financial services institution, the Graduate Data Analyst is an office based data analytics support role with the opportunity to progress into a client facing consulting position.

The role
  • Design, own and manage MI Dashboards and ensure reporting is utilised and accurately shared across teams
  • Deliver training and support in MI/OBIEE for new users
  • Assist sales team in translating complex requirements, and managing client relationships
  • Assist in preparing information for customer and internal meetings
  • Attend and support sales events and assist in administrative functions where necessary
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy in reporting
  • Troubleshoot issues through appropriate dialogue and analysis
  • Maintain feedback loop with key stakeholders
  • Maintain awareness of company products and services, as well as financial services practices
  • Contribute to and assist in tendering process as a support function
  • Educated to degree level
  • Understanding of process mapping
  • Analytical approach to problem solving
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Initiative, drive and ability to influence
  • Ability to translate technical language to a variety of different audiences
  • Understanding of payment solutions
