Are you a Graduate Quantity Surveyor looking to join a Contractor with a range of projects from education to residential to MOD?

The Client: Award Winning Main Contractor seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join a team of experienced Surveyors with projects consisting of Housing, Commercial & Education. You will be working with a highly experienced Senior Surveyor and a Managing Surveyor who has been with the business for over 10 years.

Projects are throughout Kent and include a new build educational build, high end care homes and hospitality and leisure projects!

Position: Seeking a Graduate / Assistant Quantity Surveyor will primarily be site based reporting to a Senior Surveyor. You will be assisting the Senior Surveyor to ensure the financial position of the Construction Project is accurately reported and controlled effectively.


* HNC / HND / Degree in Quantity Surveying
* Highly Organised
* Good negotiation skills
