A groundworker client of mine require a Quantity Surveyor who is experienced with Civils projects including Groundworks. Quantity Surveyor will be working on projects in the midlands area, sectors ranging from Education to Residential Developments and Roads/Highways.

Quantity Surveyors will be expected to have the ability to work autonomously, with a great deal of responsibility being handed over from the Construction Build Manager who really needs a solid pair of hands he can rely on. Knowledge of current forms of contract (JCT, NEC) and potentially some existing sub-contractor relationships would be of great benefit although not essential. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a medium sized Construction Contractor with an established presence in the Essex region. Working out of 3 separate departments - Civils, Construction and Housing, this company have a reputation for delivering projects ranging in value from £500k - £10million.

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Salary & Benefits



* £55,000 - £65,000 Basic Salary
* Travel/Car Allowance £5,000
