Handyperson - Immediate start - DBS required £9.00p/h

Coventry CV1



* Monday - Friday 08.00AM - 17.00PM
* Salary £9.00 per hour - Paid weekly every Friday
* Experience with a leading company
* On site parking
* Long term secure work
* Immediate start

Your responsibilities include:



* Daily meeting room checks ensuring that rooms are clean, tidy and all room equipment is correct and in working order.
* Deal with client room set up requests and returning room to original set up in time for next client meeting
* Responsible for floor walking around both buildings taking note of any "don't walk by" scenarios and reporting to H&S champion for inclusion in company processes
* Clearing out items of rubbish and furniture as per client requests
* General handyman duties around site as per site managers requests - door handles, toilet blockages, lamp changes etc.

Experience:



* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work as part of a wider team (ie: engineering, post room, cleaning etc)
* Excellent time-keeping and reliable
* Demonstrate good time management skills, working to deadlines and adhering to set processes/procedures.
* Well organised and practical
* Experience of working within a similar environment
* Self motivated
* Knowledge of H&S at work desirable
