This reputable home specialises in care for elderly. They are looking for permanent members of staff to grow their dedicated team. £8.67 to £10.67 depending on experience.

Job Purpose -
* Encouraging clients to get involved in daily activities organised by the activities coordinator
* Encouraging choice, independence and confidence in all aspects of their day
* Be caring and emotionally support of the difficulties they face
* Promoting dignity within everything you do
* Enabling people with Dementia to live an active and sociable life
* Offering support and sensitivity to those you care for
* Working as part of a team where communication is key
* Keeping up to date records of changes in behaviour

Requirements-
* Experience preferred but not required- Must have a can do attitude and passion
* Shift timings, flexible to what suits you-
Long day- 07:45-21:15
Early- 07:45-14:45
Late- 14:15-21:15
OR
Waking Night- 21:00- 08:00
