Helpdesk Administrator

Helpdesk Administrator - Exeter - Immediate start - Long term contact

Are you customer focused, professional and organised?

Are you looking to work for a market leader in an excellent setting?

Our leading maintenance client based in Exeter are looking for a professional and motivated Helpdesk Administrator on a long term contract (potential for permanent). Working as part of the on-site maintenance team, you will help ensure the site remains active by planning and instructing both reactive repairs and planned maintenance.

* Immediate start
* Excellent working environment
* £10.26ph + Holiday pay (paid weekly)
* 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
* Full training provided

Duties Include:

* Liaise on a regular basis with in house Facilities Teams to ensure maximum productivity e.g. porters, engineers, cleaning team
* Maintain and develop Property Services databases, including online systems and asset management in line with change control processes.
* Assist to develop planned preventative maintenance schedules and manage reactive requests in accordance with contract specifications and Key Performance Indicators.
* Produce and analyse detailed management information reports to assist with performance management and measurement of SLA's and KPI's.
* Exercise cost control and monitoring, an in-depth understanding of ordering procedures, payment,procedures and budgeting including reconciliation of invoices and preparation of monthly financial information for reports
* Respond to phone call and email requests for services

Experience needed:

* Immediate to start or short notice
* Professional, reliable and motivated
* High levels of organisational skills
* Proven customer service skills
* Solid IT capability and willing to learn new processes and systems
