The role is for one of the UK's leading providers of support services for people with diverse and often complex needs in community settings. They provide a range of supported living, short break, respite and residential care services for people with Learning and/or Physical Disabilities, Mental Health issues, Acquired Brain Injury and Autism.

The service is a specialist residential home in the North East located in a quiet residential area within walking distance of Newcastle city centre. Comprising of 44 en-suite rooms across two floors.

This National Client are dedicated to offering specialist services as part of a full community care pathway. Wanting their people they support to live fulfilling lives, and empower everyone to achieve their goals, learn new skills and take positive risks in a safe environment.

With tailored support programmes that are designed to meet each person's unique needs and aspirations. They actively encourage input from each individual's family and support network to find out what's important to them.

Job of a Registered Manager:

* Looking for a Registered Manager to manage and lead their Neurodisability Centre in Newcastle upon Tyne.
* You will be responsible for the day to day management of the service, leading an interdisciplinary team of experienced clinicians supported by a skilled administrative team.
* You will also play a lead role in developing the service by growing business opportunity streams and creating a robust business plan in conjunction with senior managers.
* To be passionate about transforming lives, you will have a proven record of developing services through your in-depth knowledge of the social model of disability and ABI rehabilitation pathway.
* You will be an inspiring leader whose expertise includes people management, business planning, financial management and budgeting.

The successful candidate will be an experienced manager with a nursing qualification and a Level 5/7 in Leadership and Management with demonstrable and significant experience in a similar role.
