Are you seeking a permanent job in Gloucester area?

My client has an opportunity for a Housing Sales Co-ordinator, to join their growing team.

Based in Gloucester City Centre, the successful candidate will provide support to the sales team, who operate throughout the UK.

Responsibilities:



* Assist with the collection of management information to enable the presentation of accurate and timely reports to key stakeholders. Manage accurate information on databases and spreadsheets as appropriate.
* Provide a service of excellence, giving professional advice and assistance to applicants, purchasers and other stakeholders using appropriate methods of communication.
* Assist with the provision of market intelligence information for assisting in assessing both current/future market conditions and specific scheme appraisals
* Ensure that all appropriate marketing tools and information are received within prescribed timescales to enable full, effective and prompt marketing of all schemes.
* Maintain and update internal financial and procurement systems as required.
* Provide support to the sales team in relation to sales and marketing activity, affordability assessments, sales leads and customer feedback.
* Ensure all calls, emails and website enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently and accurate information is collected and updated to the CRM database.
* Assist with the co-ordination of marketing activity throughout the service, attending events and open days to maximise sales within budgetary requirements.
* Promote a positive and professional image whilst delivering an excellent customer experience for purchasers which ensures they are treated fairly, know what service levels to expect and receive reliable information upon which to make their decisions.

Requirements:

Essential:



* Proven experience of delivering high quality services in a customer focused environment.
* Driving License
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Desirable:



* Commercial marketing and research experience.
* Report writing.
