Are you an HR Business Partner with previous insurance experience? Would you like to work in a stimulating work place with a focus on integrity and respect? If so, our client based in North London/Hertfordshire would like to hear from you.

The purpose of this role is to provide full generalist HR support to various
departments throughout the organisation, in line with the strategic vision and
business plan.

Key Responsibilities will include:

* Working in partnership with Managers ensuring active HR support
* Producing and implementing HR action plans
* Taking the HR lead in complex people related matters up to and including dismissal/ET claims
* Analysing MI
* Ensuring that the Terms and Conditions for all employees are correct and within Company guidelines
* Coaching management on all relevant people related issues/initiatives
* Facilitating various management Workshops on a regular basis as appropriate ensuring that material is relevant and kept up-to-date
* Supporting Head of HRD in the management of expatriation
* Contributing towards relevant HRD projects and initiatives in order to support the organisational strategic vision and goals including Succession Planning, the Compensation Review Process (CRP), Benchmarking Reviews, Talent Development and Career Management
* Supporting direct reports and/or more junior colleagues to work with managers at all levels to facilitate the entire recruitment life-cycle including

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an HR Business Partner within financial services (ideally insurance) and will hold a degree and/or CIPD accreditation.

Additonal language skills would be an advantage.
