An immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Data Analyst to join our client - a leading Asset Manager. The purpose of the role is to establish a new HR Operating Model and deliver data activities (including systems testing; data migration; tailoring transfer files; data report compilation and historical data) spanning the full HR suite across multiple systems, vendors and integration points.

Key responsibilities of the HR Data Analyst will include:
*Provide support to Project Manager and HR SMEs in the delivery of project tasks, reporting and communications
*Undertake analysis to design the Target Operating Model in terms of Business (processes, functions, stakeholders), Data (including historical), Systems and Infrastructure
*Document 'As Is' and 'To Be' processes
*Document business and functional requirements and technical specifications
*Participate in the vendor selection processes
*Collaborate with users and third-parties to understand functional and data needs
*Manage file transfers and data uploads with vendors
*Solve problems with developers/solution providers to ensure that specifications are fully understood
*Tailor data files to support the set-up and on-going provision of new systems and integrations, including the creation of new data reports/dashboards
*Support systems implementation and parallel running activities ensuring data integrity and usability of employee data and related interfaces, testing of system changes, and implementation of adequate processes and controls
*Develop and implement user procedures, guidelines and business process documentation
*Create and execute test scenarios to validate the solutions and processes and undertake testing
*Work with the business and technical teams to facilitate business signoff and release to production

Skills & Experience required:
*Comprehensive knowledge of HR function and underlying processes/procedures
*Experience implementing HR systems in particular data management (extract, migration, load, testing and report build activities)
*Experience in management of data from multiple sources and alignment of terminology
*Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
*Experience of vendor selection and Operating Model transformations
*Experience working in Asset Management would be beneficial
*An understanding of an outsourced service model would be beneficial
