Health and Safety Admin experience within the construction industry? An independently contractor are looking for a H&S Administrator to join their team in West London.

You will be working closely with the H&S manager assisting with all H&S administration and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have worked within the construction industry with experience in H&S.

Position: H&S Administrator

Location: Ealing, West London

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 + Package

H&S Administrator Role and Responsibilities:



* Working closely with Health & Safety Manager
* Book in H&S inductions
* Issue site cards for new starters / temp workers
* Arrange D&A / medical tests for operatives on site
* Upload all 'Close Calls' information on to system
* Upload H&S and Environment incidents and waste reports
* Produce weekly H&S newsletter
* Produce weekly and monthly H&S reports
* Ensure everyone is following best practice

H&S Admin Candidate Requirements:



* Previous H&S Admin experience is essential
* Working within the construction industry is a must
* Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Excel
* Organised, presentable with strong communication skills.
