Are you an experienced Infrastructure Manager looking to join a leading Glasgow employer at an exciting time of change and transformation? If so, this may be a great opportunity for you…

The role will have line management responsibility for a team of multi-disciplined infrastructure engineers working in a Windows and Linux based environment.

Responsibilities:



* Safeguard the principal technical infrastructure and its related technologies operate proficiently, performs within its parameters, and provide a confident policy on which the firm can carry out its business
* Lead, mentor and motivate leadership and Infrastructure support teams to maintain their customer focus and are kept up-to-date with new tech developments
* Disaster Recovery management - coordinating actions in combination with the Major Incident team
* Work in collaboration with Operations and Infrastructure Architecture function to develop of ICT departmental strategies to the overall organisational gaol
* Managing a budget in excess of £5m
* Maintaining ITIL disciplines within the working environment
* Managing a team of circa 30 staff
* Supervision and maintenance of cloud, virtual and physical servers

You will be ITIL Certified with excellent organisational skills with the ability to lead and mentor the team.
